4-course dinner at Lab-44 in Zaandam

Lab-44: the place where (almost) everything is possible! Here you can enjoy delicious food and drinks all day long, but also hold meetings, celebrate parties and much more. Located in a beautiful monumental building on the historic Hembrug site in the south of Zaandam, this unique location exudes character and charm. The Hembrug site is being completely revived and is growing into the é hotspot of the Amsterdam metropolitan area.

• Portobello burger with truffle, sweet and sour vegetables, little gem, tomato and vegan mozzarella (vegan)
• Skin-baked salmon with sweet potato cream, samphire, radish and antibiosis

Accessibility

There is plenty of free parking on the Hembrug site. Whether you come by car, bike or ferry (from Amsterdam); the building at Middenweg 44 is easily accessible. Consult Google Maps for the exact route from your starting point and for current departure and travel times.
