About Restaurant Oxalis

Restaurant Oxalis by Geoffrey van Melick is a small living room restaurant with suite. Since November 2018, the restaurant has been included in the Michelin Guide. Geoffrey has gained experience in various excellent restaurants in the Netherlands, but also abroad. Such as Apicius in Bakkum, Arzak in San Sebastian and Amber in Hong Kong. Besides working hard for various well-known chefs, Geoffrey has won several prizes at major and well-known cooking competitions.

It has always been Geoffrey’s dream to have his own restaurant. Taste is Geoffrey’s number one priority. That is why Oxalis only works with the best ingredients. Preferably from their own region, but if necessary from the other side of the world.
