Free swimming at De Waterdam Swimming Pool

De Waterdam Swimming Pool is the recreational pool of Edam-Volendam and the surrounding area. The pool has both an indoor and an outdoor pool for recreational swimming. The indoor pool includes a subtropical recreational pool, a spectacular Crazy Cone slide, a whitewater creek, jet streams, a toddler pool, and four whirlpools. Outside of lesson times, the 25-meter competition pool with starting blocks and the instruction pool are also available. So, there's no shortage of options!

Recreational swimming in the outdoor pool: that's also possible at De Waterdam Swimming Pool. The pool has two beautiful outdoor pools. During the summer season between May and September, you can enjoy a wonderful swim in the large family pool with a duo slide. Recreational swimming is also possible in the 50-meter sports pool. In the deep diving pit, equipped with two diving boards, visitors can practice their best tricks and see who can make the fastest dive. De Waterdam swimming pool also offers facilities for the little ones: with a toddler pool, a children's pool and a huge play area, there is no need to be bored.
