From 5 April, they will transform Terhills in Maasmechelen into one big Fairytale Forest. It will once again be an experience walk that takes you on an enchanting adventure with the big Royal Ball as your destination.

The beautiful walking route is suitable for the whole family, with fairytale stories for children and a touch of nostalgia for adults. They tell a story that takes place while you walk along fairytale decors and meet the fairytale characters. More than 40 actors, actresses and extras bring the fairytale characters to life.

They use a system where everyone gets their own headphones so that you can follow the story in the best possible conditions. You leave within the time slot in which you have booked, but you can walk the entire route at your own pace and pause wherever you want. Halfway along the route and at the final ball, you can have a drink and a bite to eat.

The story

The king is organizing his Grand Royal Ball in the Fairytale Forest, and you are invited. To reach the ball, you must first complete an adventurous journey through the Fairytale Forest full of magic and challenges. The forest is full of surprises: some magical creatures help you with clues, while others try to mislead you.

Nothing is what it seems and eventually a journey full of magic and obstacles leads you to the Royal Ball, where you are warmly welcomed by the king, the court and princesses.
