New and luxurious apartment overlooking the marina. The apartment has a floor area of 85m2 and is suitable for up to 6 people. The bright living room is tastefully furnished, and the open-plan kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped. This includes an induction hob, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, oven, combination microwave and fridge-freezer. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located. The bedrooms have box-spring beds (single beds), and one of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. The bathrooms have a shower, washbasin and toilet. There is also a separate toilet in the apartment. The apartment has underfloor heating, and you can park 1 car next to the apartment. The apartment has a balcony/terrace overlooking the water, with garden furniture and a parasol.

Please note: the property is accessed via a steel grid staircase.

The Meervilla 10 offers a stylish and bright stay thanks to its modern interior and numerous windows. The detached villa is suitable for 10 people and has 2 floors. The living room features a seating area with television, a dining area and a kitchen equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, induction hob and coffee machine. The villa has 5 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor. All bedrooms have 2 single beds, which can also be pushed together. There are 2 bathrooms with rain showers and 2 separate toilets in the property. In the garden, you can enjoy a terrace with garden furniture. Free Wi-Fi is available. A maximum of 2 cars are permitted in the park, and you will receive 2 access passes. These 2 cars can be parked close to the property. If you arrive with more than 2 cars, the additional cars must be parked in the car park by the main building. Please note: not all properties are located directly by the water.
