About Restaurant Oxalis

Restaurant Oxalis by Geoffrey van Melick is a small living room restaurant with a suite. Since November 2018, the restaurant has been included in the Michelin Guide. Geoffrey has gained experience in various excellent restaurants in the Netherlands, but also abroad. For example, at Apicius in Bakkum, Arzak in San Sebastian, and Amber in Hong Kong. Besides working diligently for various well-known chefs, Geoffrey has won several prizes at major and well-known cooking competitions. It has always been Geoffrey's dream to own his own restaurant. Taste is Geoffrey's top priority. That's why at Oxalis, they only work with the best ingredients. Preferably from their own region, but if necessary, from the other side of the world. Fun fact: Oxalis is listed in the We're Smart Green Guide, the guide to the best fruit and vegetable restaurants in the world, and scored 3 out of 5 radishes!
