Cryotherapy at Frozen in Eindhoven

Do you also want to feel reborn in just 3 minutes? Discover Whole Body Cryotherapy! This is a safe, painless treatment in which the body is exposed to -110 ºC for 3 minutes. 

If it is your first time visiting Frozen, you will start with an intake. During this intake, you will fill in some basic information and the contra-dictions will be discussed. If there are no contraindications, your blood pressure will be measured. If everything is in order, you will be guided to the changing rooms. You will receive slippers, gloves, earmuffs and a face mask.

After you have changed, you will be guided to the cryo cabin. Here they will explain to you what to expect in the cabin. When you enter the cabin, you will enter a room where it is -60°C. The intercom will inform you when you can walk through to the -110 ºC room. The perceived temperature is higher in both rooms, this is because you are in a created climate and therefore not bothered by humidity or wind. In total you will stay in the cabin for 3 minutes.
