The National Videogame Museum is 'the place to be' for anyone who wants to know more (and experience) about the history, social and cultural side of video games. The museum also lets its visitors experience the games of tomorrow. Gamers of all ages are welcome to play, discover, learn and share experiences online.

As soon as you enter the museum, you will be overwhelmed by everything that makes game culture so beautiful and impressive. Follow the timeline through the atmospheric rooms and discover the history of video games based on the game changers, highlights and important moments in technology, artwork and culture within the game industry. Play classics, meet icons and discover the forgotten treasures of video games.

The museum has more than 200 game consoles, home computers and arcade cabinets ready to play. And of course everything is on free-play, so you don't need any extra coins.

The National Videogame Museum has moved to Luxemburglaan 1, Zoetermeer. The first 2 hours (2 x 60 min.) of parking are free for all parking garages of Stadshart Zoetermeer. After that, the costs are €1.50 for every 50 minutes. Consult Google Maps for the exact route from your starting point and the current departure and travel times.
