Tripper is a website where you can find the best deals for amazing outings, the coolest gadgets and more. At Tripper you can find, among many things, tickets for amusement parks, zoo’s, festivals, theatre shows and events, or coupons for restaurants and products.

Tripper surprises you daily with 6 new offers. It’s important to buy your deal quick, because before you know it, the deal will be gone.

We always try to inform you the best we can about the deal. This information can be found by clicking on the deal. On the deal page you can find the full disclosure of the deal under “What to expect?”. Always make sure to check out the terms and conditions of the deal under “Terms and conditions”, so you’ll be fully aware of what you’re getting.

We handle your privacy the same way we’d want our privacy to be handled. We only use your personal information to deliver our products and services as smooth as possible. This means that we only distribute your personal information to the provider of the product/arrangement purchased by you. We don’t supply your personal information to third parties.

Go to register and fill in your email address and password. After confirming you’ll receive a verification email with a link. Click on this link to activate your account, and you’re ready to score some deals!

You can log in by clicking on the button “log in” in the upper righthand corner of the website. Fill in your email address and password and click “log in”

Are you purchasing a deal, and you’re not yet logged in? You daredevil! Before you can purchase the deal, we ask you to log in so you can continue purchasing the deal.

Don’t panic, you can fix this easily. Go to log in and select “forgot password?”. Type in your email address and click “reset password”. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.

We save your deals in your account under “my vouchers”. Here you can find every deal you’ve purchased. Besides that you can also find the validity, the amount you’ve spent on a deal, and the possibility to download your tickets. To be able to access “my vouchers”, we ask you to enter your personal information so we can make the proper tickets for you.

Buying Deals

We accept payments with iDeal, Bancontact, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal.

Yes, all the deals you find on our website, with an exception of the deals on the page “upcoming deals”, are purchasable within 30 seconds. You choose your deal and the amount, and pay for your deal. Within a few moments you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. The vouchers will be found after purchase under “my vouchers”.

No, unfortunately you can’t purchase a deal via phone. If you are having trouble purchasing the deal online, you can of course contact our customer service for help. They will assist you in purchasing your deal. You can call us on 085 - 401 05 89.

It’s not possible to purchase multiple deals from different providers in one payment. To be able to do this we request that you pay separately. To pay separately comes with no extra cost.

Note: You are able to purchase multiple tickets from one deal without a problem.

Yes, this is not a problem. Choose your deal and the amount of tickets you wish to purchase. After your payment you can find the tickets under “my vouchers”.

Confirmation, tickets and products

Yes, after you’ve paid for a deal, you will receive an email from us with confirmation of your purchase. Besides the confirmation email, your deal can be found under “my vouchers”. Here you also have the possibility to download and print out your tickets.

We prefer not to email your tickets. Instead, we save your tickets under “my vouchers”.

On the ticket you can find how you have to show your ticket to the provider under “redeem ticket”. This could be on paper, or on your phone. It differs per provider, so always double check your tickets.

In the deal, you can find the delivery time of the product under “terms and conditions”. In most cases the product will be sent out to you within five business days.

Not all products are fully stocked at our own office. The products we do have are usually sent out within one business day with PostNL. Is the product sent to you by a third party, the delivery usually takes a little longer. Always read the terms and conditions of the deal, so you’ll know beforehand what the delivery time is.

Please notify our customer service right away. We really care about the deals we provide you with, so we will contact the third party immediately to prevent delays in the future.

You always remain the right to revoke the deal, provided that it’s a product, and the revoking takes place within the legal term of 14 days after receiving said product.

We are going to fix this for you. Please contact our customer service, so they can inform the provider of your product. You can send the defective product back without any extra cost, and you will receive a new product or your money back.

If you’re not happy with your purchase, provided that it’s a product, you can send it back. There are a few exceptions where the right to revoke your product is not applied. For example underwear, swimwear, plants, and a few more. If the right to revoke a product is applied to your specific product, check “my vouchers”. Here you will find the button “revoke deal”. If you can not find this button, your deal can unfortunately not be revoked.

Note: The right to revoke a product is not applied to tickets. The provider of the purchased arrangement has reserved capacity on your purchase.

Easily, in your account under “my vouchers”, you can find the deals you can revoke. These deals are to be recognized by the “revoke” button. Click this button and provide your information. You will receive a confirmation email of your revocation in a few moments. In “my vouchers” you can download the return receipt and label. Follow the steps on the return label.
