When you buy something on Tripper, you pay through us. We then make sure the seller (also called partner) delivers the product to you. The seller is also the party you buy from and who delivers. These are always professional businesses, never private individuals.

If you want to return something, you can follow the procedure we offer. We give you the right return address, so you can send the product to the right seller. We refund the amounts you are entitled to. Read more about returns. The seller decides whether a return is accepted and whether a refund is made.

Sellers apply the statutory warranty, so you can also claim it from them. If they offer anything extra, it is stated with the offer. Sellers apply the statutory withdrawal period of at least 14 days. If it is longer, this is stated with the offer. If something is excluded from this statutory right, this is also stated with the offer.

If you buy from a seller, contact that seller for things like warranty or complaints. If you contact us, we will refer you if needed.
